Vishal Joshi

Vishal Joshi is an experienced engineering professional with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Gujarat Technological University, obtained in July 2018. Currently serving as an Assistant Manager at ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India since September 2023, Vishal conducts testing and analysis of low tension (LT) and high tension (HT) motors and transformers, alongside performing electrical thermography inspections. Prior to this role, Vishal worked as an Electrical Operation and Maintenance Engineer at Electrotherm (India) Limited from June 2021 to September 2023, where responsibilities included preventive and condition-based maintenance of induction furnaces and various EOT cranes. Earlier experience includes serving as a Field Services Engineer at Everest Instruments Pvt. Ltd. from April 2018 to March 2021, focusing on inspection, installation, repair, and preventive maintenance activities at customer sites.
