François Perlade

François Perlade is an experienced professional in operational excellence and continuous improvement, currently serving as the Head of Continuous Improvement - World Class Manufacturing at ArcelorMittal Tailored Blanks Europe since August 2013, and previously with ArcelorMittal since February 2001. François has led teams and networks across 480 industrial sites and achieved significant management gains. Previous roles include Plant Manager ad interim, Supply Chain Information Manager, and Logistics Project Manager, where François oversaw major projects and implemented productivity savings. Additionally, François served as a lecturer at MINES ParisTech, sharing expertise in corporate culture and continuous improvement. François began their career in the French Navy and held positions in logistics and engineering, contributing to various high-impact projects. François holds a Master's Degree in Science and Executive Engineering from Mines Paris - PSL.
