Kostyantyn Telychko

Kostyantyn Telychko has extensive experience in IT and project management, currently serving as the Global Services Project Lead at ArcelorMittal since December 2003. Responsibilities include global project and service management, cross-vendor coordination, vendor management, and cost optimization. Previous roles at ArcelorMittal include Project Manager, Head of IT Infrastructure, Manager of Infrastructure & Data Storage, and Head of Network Infrastructure Department, with a focus on IT transformation, central IT infrastructure management, and network standardization. Additionally, Kostyantyn worked as an IT System Administrator for law enforcement institutions from June 1996 to November 2003, providing comprehensive IT services. Kostyantyn holds a Master’s Degree in Electric Drive and Automation of Industrial Installations and Technological Complexes from Kryvyi Rih Technical University.
