Chiara Novello is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in talent acquisition, strategic project management, and employee experience. Currently serving as HR Manager for Corporate Functions at Arcese since February 2023, Chiara drives digital transformation initiatives across various corporate functions. Prior experience includes roles at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. as Talent Acquisition & Strategic Project Manager EMEA ANZ, and at Vodafone in several HR capacities, focusing on people development, change management, and digital HR strategies. Chiara co-founded Hotel Palazzo Novello and has held positions in recruitment and human resources at organizations such as TRANSEARCH and JECatt. Chiara holds degrees in Marketing and Organizational Psychology, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and Psychological Sciences from respected universities in Italy and Spain.
