Ben Garden

Ben Garden serves as the President of ARCH Medical Solutions in Warsaw since November 2022, focusing on customer partnership and exceeding expectations in quality, delivery, and service. Previously, Ben owned and operated Alpha Manufacturing & Design, LLC, a full-service contract manufacturer specializing in complex surgical devices, from August 2008 to December 2022. Earlier experience includes roles as Engineering Sales Manager at Instrumedical Technologies, Inc., Development Engineer at Arthrex, and Product Development Engineer at Medtronic Sofamor Danek, contributing to multiple medical device innovations. Ben also held a Process Engineer position at Medtronic and completed a Summer Co-Op with Johnson & Johnson. Ben Garden holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, obtained in 1999.
