She discovered at an early age that her mission is life was to be of service. Her motto is a verse from a Mahalia Jackson gospel: “If she can help somebody along the way, then my living shall not be in vain.” She live this motto this motto by using design to solve complex issues to improve people’s lives. Her speciality is human-centered design using Research (interview, research plans, usability testing, web analytics, and data analysis), Design (wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, audience flows, and service blueprints), and Facilitation (co-creating, workshops, and classroom instruction).
