Erick Grimm

Erick Grimm is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in performance management and continuous improvement. Currently serving as the Performance Management Lead at ADM since October 2011, Erick has played a crucial role in driving productivity and cost reduction initiatives through the use of LEAN methodology. Prior to this, positions included Project Manager and Senior Associate in management consulting at Synergetics Installations Worldwide, where Erick specialized in Change Management by training on-the-floor managers in LEAN practices. Earlier experience as Plant Manager at Cintas provided foundational operational expertise. Erick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Miami University.
