Josh Smith

Josh Smith currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Employee Relations at ADM since June 2023. Prior to this role, Josh held various HR positions, including HR Manager at Mueller Co. for multi-site foundry and machining operations with over 500 employees from April 2015 to June 2023, and Senior HR Generalist and HR Manager at The GSI Group, Inc. from August 2012 to April 2015, where significant achievements included a 50% reduction in turnover and OSHA Recordable incidents through the implementation of safety initiatives. Earlier career experience includes working as an HR Administrator at Justrite Manufacturing and serving in the United States Army Reserve as a Chemical Sergeant. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Millikin University and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Lake Land College.
