Nathan Watson

Nathan Watson is a seasoned professional in the milling industry, currently serving as Mill Superintendent at ADM since January 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Maintenance Manager, Technical Miller II, and Milling Engineer at Bay State Milling Company from September 2017 to January 2024, and Milling Supervisor at Archer Daniels Midland Company from January 2014 to September 2017. Earlier in their career, Nathan gained research experience as a Student Researcher and Grader at Kansas State University, where Nathan focused on the relationship between roll wear and product granulation. Nathan also completed internships at Mondelēz International and Kraft Foods in 2012 and 2013, respectively. Nathan holds a degree in Milling Science and Management from Kansas State University, earned in 2013.
