Nele Mletschkowsky

Nele Mletschkowsky is a seasoned professional in the EdTech sector, currently serving as Managing Director DACH for both Archipel Academy and Springest since July 2023. Mletschkowsky also holds the position of Founder & CEO at Archipel Academy DACH, a role initiated in March 2015. In addition to these responsibilities, Mletschkowsky is a Female Edtech Fellow at the European Edtech Alliance. Previous experience includes roles in technology-enhanced learning at Fraunhofer IDMT, Human Resources management at the IT Company GmbH, and corporate finance and cloud computing at Deloitte and IBM respectively. Mletschkowsky's educational background includes advanced studies in Management Consulting and Startup Executive Management, complemented by business education at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
