Maribeth Garcia, CSPO, currently serves as the Director of OSS/BSS Applications at Archtop Fiber, where responsibilities include leading the implementation of over ten software platforms essential for business operations. Previously, Maribeth held multiple roles at Frontier Communications, culminating in the position of Service Delivery Systems Manager and Chief Product Owner of OSS Commercial Provisioning, focusing on Agile transformations and process automation. Early career experience includes positions as a Litigation Assistant at Gallo & Iacovangelo, LLP, and roles at EarthLink Business and Washington Mutual Savings Bank. Maribeth holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Studies from Southern New Hampshire University, a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Monroe Community College, and an Associate of Science in Liberal Arts from the same institution.
