Dilu Idichandy

Dilu Idichandy is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in process and project management. Currently serving as a Process Engineer at Arclin since August 2024, Dilu previously held the position of Engineering Manager at PPG from March 2022 to August 2024. Dilu’s background includes roles as a Project Engineer at Nalco Champion, an Ecolab company, from July 2016 to March 2022, and at Johnson Matthey from June 2013 to July 2016. Dilu began professional career as a Process Engineer at 3M, where tenure lasted from July 2011 to June 2013. Dilu earned a degree from Drexel University, completing education in 2011.
