Mary Elizabeth Covington

Mary Elizabeth Covington serves as a Human Resources Coordinator at ARCO Design/Build, beginning June 2024. Prior experience includes a role as a Talent Management Consultant Intern at Cox Automotive Inc., where Mary conducted job analyses and statistical analysis. While studying at Appalachian State University from August 2020 to May 2024, Mary gained experience as a Research Assistant, focusing on the correlation between personality and qualifications in workplace performance. Mary also presented research at the River Cities I-O Psychology Conference, adapted culturally as an exchange student at Radboud University, and developed leadership as a Summer Camp Counselor. Educational accomplishments include a degree in Psychology and Business from Appalachian State University.
