Operations Team

The Operations Team at Arco is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of educational content, technology, and services to over 1.3 million students and 5,000 private schools in Brazil. The team oversees financial planning and analysis, supply chain management, integration of bilingual education units, performance management, revenue operations, talent acquisition, and marketing operations to optimize organizational performance and growth.
