Sneh Kumar

Sneh Kumar possesses extensive experience in sustainability, product management, and business technology within the building and construction sectors. Currently serving as the Global Director of Sustainability and ESG at Arconic since January 2015, Sneh Kumar leads the development and execution of sustainability strategies while managing product lifecycle and marketing for significant revenue-generating product lines. Prior roles include Senior Business Technology Leader and Corporate Development Manager at Arconic, and Business Technology Leader at Alcoa, where Sneh Kumar drove innovation in R&D and sustainable practices. Sneh Kumar also holds leadership experience as an Executive Board Member for the National Fenestration Rating Council. Academically, Sneh Kumar holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
