Aishwarya Ravishankar

Aishwarya Ravishankar is a Technical Support Engineer at ArcSource Consulting Inc. since June 2020, with experience in developing and maintaining reliable IT processes and monitoring core servers. Prior roles include Broad Engineer/IT at Associated Students, Inc. at California State University Long Beach, where Aishwarya managed network hardware, provided technical support, and documented IT processes. Aishwarya also founded the Theta Tau Professional Engineering Fraternity, applying Earned Value Management to enhance organizational performance. Involvement in DECA and the Rotary Club fostered leadership skills, while volunteer work with Best Buddies International demonstrated commitment to community service. Aishwarya holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering and a Minor in Cyber Security from California State University, Long Beach.
