Russ Halliday

Russ joined Arctaris in 2022 and serves as a Senior Associate. As a member of the investment team, Russ engages in all phases of the deal process and works closely with portfolio companies to support operational and growth strategy.

Prior to joining Arctaris, Russ was an Investment Banking Associate in Credit Suisse’s Global Industrials Group where he executed M&A, debt, and equity transactions for transportation and logistics companies. Russ began his career in the public sector, first as a Coastal Resource Management Volunteer in Peace Corps Philippines and then as a Legislative Assistant to U.S. Representative James McGovern. While on the Hill, he advised the Congressman on issues related to education, manufacturing, justice, veterans, and campaign finance reform.

Russ earned a B.A. in Government and Legal Studies / Environmental Studies from Bowdoin College and an M.B.A from the Yale School of Management. Russ is fluent in Tagalog and, in his free time, enjoys running, playing ice hockey, and attempting New York Times crossword puzzles.
