Shushan Makaryan

Shushan Makaryan is an experienced professional in training and development, currently serving as the Head of Training and Development at Ardshinbank CJSC since June 2022. Responsibilities include devising individual learning plans, implementing training programs for management, and providing coaching to employees for their professional growth. Prior to Ardshinbank, Shushan worked as a Freelance Recruiter from November 2019 to May 2022, sourcing and attracting candidates for technical roles. Additionally, Shushan held various positions at Ucom from September 2012 to July 2021, including Head of Training, Development, Internal Communications, and Events, where responsibilities encompassed internal communication, training system development, and event coordination. Shushan holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Yerevan State University.
