Lisa Gage

Lisa Gage is an accomplished land use planner and principal with extensive experience in project management and planning across various sectors, including multi-family, mixed-use, and senior living projects. Currently serving as Planner V at Ardurra since September 2023, Gage has also been the principal at Gage Planning Associates since June 2015. Previous roles include Director of Land and Entitlements at The New Home Company Inc., Contract Planner at Bergin, Frakes, Smalley & Oberholtzer, PLLC, and Development Manager at Carvana. Gage's expertise includes preparing due diligence reports for land acquisitions, coordinating with municipalities and utility companies, and managing various stages of the entitlements process. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Environmental and Urban Planning from Arizona State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of Connecticut School of Business.
