Lisa M. Penna

Lisa M. Penna, PE, QSD, F .ASCE is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as the Regional Director for California's Public Works, Transportation, and Water sectors at Ardurra since August 2018. With a comprehensive background in business development and operations management, Lisa oversees Ardurra's west coast public works practice. Prior to this role, Lisa held several leadership positions at AndersonPenna Partners, Inc., culminating in the role of President and CEO. Additionally, leadership experience includes serving as President of the American Council of Engineering Companies of California, Regional Manager at Willdan, Assistant City Engineer for the City of Laguna Beach, and Construction Manager for Sverdrup Civil Jacobs. Lisa's early career involved roles at Willdan and the City of Fountain Valley. Academically, Lisa earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California State University, Long Beach.
