Raad Butaish

Raad Butaish currently serves as the HR Manager at Arena Fitness Innovation since November 2024. Prior to this role, Raad held multiple positions at Al Hayat Building Materials Company - IKK Group from November 2016 to October 2024, advancing from Human Resources Specialist to Human Resources Supervisor and ultimately to Human Resources Director. Raad holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of Business & Technology, obtained in 2015, and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the same institution, completed in 2021.
