Charles E. Bledsoe

Charles E. (Chuck) Bledsoe holds an MBA and is a Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM). Currently serving as a Program Manager for Aretum, LLC, Bledsoe manages multiple US Army contracts across various locations, ensuring day-to-day operations align with performance work statements. Bledsoe is also a Committee Member for the Edgefield County SC250 Committee, working to commemorate the 250th anniversary of the American Revolution. Previous leadership roles include Past President and Board Member of The Citadel Alumni Association and Chairman of the Zoning Board of Appeals for the Town of Johnston, South Carolina. Bledsoe's extensive experience in program management spans several organizations, including Panum Group, Phacil, Inc., Booz Allen Hamilton, and the US Army, with a strong focus on financial management and audit readiness. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Citadel and an MBA in Comptrollership from Syracuse University.
