Stephen Kent

Stephen Kent possesses extensive experience in corporate leadership and finance, currently serving as Director at Argus Machine Co. Ltd. since 2015, where responsibilities focus on custom machining and manufacturing for the energy and mining sectors in North America. In addition, Stephen has held the position of Managing Director at Foundation Group Mergers & Acquisitions Ltd since November 2013, overseeing various aspects of mergers and acquisitions. Previously, Stephen was the Managing Director of Corporate Finance at PwC from June 2006 to October 2013, leading the firm's corporate finance practice in Alberta. Additionally, Stephen was a Principal at Foundation Group from June 1993 to June 2006, where ownership and management of a boutique mergers and acquisitions firm took place.
