Meghan Ramsdell

Meghan Ramsdell possesses extensive experience in talent acquisition and retail management. Currently, Meghan serves as the Manager of Corporate & Retail Talent Acquisition at Arhaus since July 2021, having previously held the position of Manager of Retail Talent Acquisition. Prior to Arhaus, Meghan spent over 13 years at H&M as a District Recruitment Manager. The professional journey began at Wet Seal, Inc., where Meghan worked as a Store Manager from May 2001 to December 2006. Meghan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Interpersonal Communication with a minor in Retail Merchandising and a minor in Spanish from Ohio University, achieved between 2000 and 2004.
