Melissa Isenhower

Melissa Diane Isenhower is an experienced retail manager with a strong background in leadership and operational excellence. Currently serving as General Manager at Arhaus since July 2014, Melissa focuses on talent development and has successfully driven profitability in the South Region of Texas. Previously, Melissa held the role of Sales Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation from May 2013 to July 2014, where responsibilities included sales associate performance management and training. Early career experiences include positions at Anthropologie as a Visual Display Intern and as an Assistant Manager at bebe stores, where a strong emphasis was placed on visual merchandising and team development. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Textiles and Apparel/Retail Merchandising and a Business Foundations degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
