Els Vanhoven

Els Vanhoven serves as an HR verantwoordelijke at ARhus Roeselare and is a zaakvoerder at ElviConsult, focusing on sustainable leadership in social and non-profit organizations. In addition, Els Vanhoven supervises a postgraduate program for leaders at Arteveldehogeschool and is a member of Transformatie in Zorg, which aims to drive substantial change in healthcare. With a long-standing involvement as a (gast)docent at Hogeschool VIVES, experience as an HR Manager at AZ Groeninge, and a background in consultancy with Quest-it, Els Vanhoven brings extensive expertise in HR development, leadership, and organizational coaching. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in labor and organizational psychology from KU Leuven, a Master in Business Administration from the University of Antwerp, and various certifications in coaching and group dynamics.
