Ivan Kitaev

Ivan Kitaev is a Data Science Tech Lead at Aristek Systems, where responsibilities include developing and deploying a LLM-based RAG chat-bot for an educational platform and managing a team for a customer support chatbot. Previously, Ivan worked as a Data Scientist at UnaFinancial, leading the development of a LLM chatbot that significantly boosted e-shop conversion rates, and at Gazpromneft-NTC, where projects involved creating machine learning models to enhance drilling efficiency and predictive maintenance. Ivan holds two Master of Science degrees in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot-Watt University and Tomsk Polytechnic University, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Tyumen State University.
