Jon Hope

Jon Hope is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in designing and implementing complex software solutions. Since November 2017, Jon has worked at Arity as a Staff Software Engineer, leading global Scrum teams, improving data stream reliability, and enhancing system architectures. Previous positions include Lead Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer at Arity, where Jon developed high-performance streaming services and managed backend infrastructure. Prior to Arity, Jon served as a Software Engineer at Allstate and Bellwether Creation Company, contributing to CI/CD pipelines, cross-platform applications, and security initiatives. Jon began a career in software engineering with multiple internships at DuPont Pioneer and earned a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from Iowa State University.
