Caroline Oppleman

Caroline Oppleman currently serves as the Communications Director at the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) since May 2020, previously holding the positions of Communications Administrator and Public Information Officer. With a robust background in public information and community involvement, Caroline has also worked as the Public Information Officer and Tribal Liaison for the Arizona Department of Gaming and in various roles at the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality. Earlier career experience includes management and marketing roles in property management and fine art consultancy, alongside positions in both retail management and public relations. Caroline holds a Master of Science in Public Health from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Boston University, in addition to completing the Certified Public Manager Program at Arizona State University.
