Paula Panzino

Paula (Chang) Panzino is a seasoned environmental professional with extensive experience in various roles in environmental science and engineering. Currently serving as the Chief Science Officer at the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) since March 2018, Paula has a strong background in project management and technical expertise, including positions as Technical Expert at Haley & Aldrich and Senior Environmental Scientist at ERM. Previous roles include Project Engineer at Geosyntec Consultants and GeoTrans, Inc., as well as Staff Geologist at Environ. Paula holds a Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering with a focus on Environmental Engineering and Bioremediation from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in Geology from Wellesley College.
