Chao Wang

Chao Wang is an accomplished academic and researcher with extensive experience in electrical engineering and nano-technology. Currently serving as an Associate Professor at Arizona State University since January 2015, Chao Wang has held various academic positions, including Assistant Professor and Research Assistant Professor. Prior experience includes a role as a Postdoctoral Research Scientist at IBM, where project coordination focused on the design and fabrication of nano-fluidic devices for DNA sensing, and as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Princeton University, specializing in nano-fabrication and bio-sensing. Chao Wang's academic journey began at Tsinghua University, culminating in a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University, supported by earlier degrees in the same field from Tsinghua University. Research efforts encompass nano-fluidic channel design for DNA applications and the development of high-performance ferroelectric ultrasonic sensors.
