Matt Broccolo

Matt Broccolo serves as the General Counsel at Arkham since November 2023. Prior to this, Broccolo held several positions at Okcoin, including Deputy General Counsel and Association General Counsel, from October 2021 to September 2023. Additionally, from March to September 2022, Broccolo worked as Deputy General Counsel at OKX. Broccolo's legal career began at Schiff Hardin LLP, where the role of Associate Attorney was held from January 2015 to October 2021, along with earlier experiences as a Summer Associate and Extern. Broccolo earned a Juris Doctor degree from Fordham University School of Law in 2014 and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Dartmouth College in 2010.
