Mauricio Rojas

Mauricio Rojas, MS Chem Eng, currently serves as Senior Operations Manager at Innospec Inc., leading logistics, supply chain, and quality departments to deliver 120 million pounds per year of fuel additives in North America. Rojas has a proven track record in process development, quality management, and team leadership, having successfully implemented several key initiatives including the S&OP process and Quality Management System in North Carolina. Prior experience includes roles at The Dow Chemical Company, where Rojas coordinated production and managed projects worth $2.5 million, and at The Mosaic Company, overseeing production activities and managing a team. Rojas began a research-oriented career as an Intern Research Assistant at the University of South Florida, where notable projects focused on glycerol conversion and ethanol dehydration. Rojas holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of South Florida.
