Philippe Netzer-Joly

Philippe Netzer-Joly currently serves as the Group Chief Cyber Security Officer at Arkema since January 2019 and has been the Chairman of the Cyber Security Committee at France Chimie since June 2023, focusing on cybersecurity development within the chemical industry. Prior to these roles, Philippe held significant positions in global cybersecurity, including Head of Global Cyber Security Operations Center at ENGIE and IAM Services & Security Operations Director at Sodexo. Philippe's extensive experience also includes managerial roles at Carrefour and PC Soft, where expertise in cybersecurity, identity and access management, and operational security was developed. Philippe holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and Networks from Université Montpellier II.
