Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business and nutrition. Currently serving as the Proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Simultaneously, Mariana has held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Prior experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro, as well as practice as a Nutritionist at a private consulting office. Mariana also contributed to education as a university lecturer on applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Academically, Mariana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México and a Diploma in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online.
