Marc Nufer

Marc Nufer is a prominent legal and business professional with significant experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate management. As a Founding Partner and Head of Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions at Eversheds Sutherland AG since January 2008, Marc also serves as Chairman of the Board at Arklyz and m3 Immobilien, as well as holding board member positions at Qualibroker Group, POLO BERN AG, Leonardo Hotels, and ALDEN Hotel Splügenschloss. Additionally, Marc has been Secretary to the Board at Teleflex since June 2008 and was a board member at Berger AG until July 2016 and Chairman of the Board at Saastal Bergbahnen AG from April 2012 to March 2016.
