Griffin Leach

Griffin joined Arlington as an Associate in 2021. Prior to joining Arlington, Griffin worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Leveraged Finance Group, where he also completed a summer internship. While at BofAML, Griffin advised clients on leveraged buyout and other debt financing transactions across a variety of industries, including business services, consumer & retail and healthcare.

Griffin received a B.S. degree in Commerce, with distinction, from the University of Virginia.
