Emily Sullivan

Emily Sullivan is an accomplished behavior analyst with extensive experience in developing and implementing behavior support plans, training staff, and collaborating with families across various educational settings. Currently serving as a BCBA at Arlington Public Schools since August 2021, Emily previously operated as an independent BCBA supervisor and held positions at Bierman ABA and New England ABA, where responsibilities included supervising registered behavior technicians and conducting functional behavioral assessments. Emily has a robust background in special education and applied behavior analysis, holding multiple degrees with honors, including an Education Specialist degree and a Master's in Severe Special Education. Throughout a career that spans over a decade, Emily has effectively supported individuals with autism and special needs, focusing on skill development and behavioral interventions while fostering collaborative relationships with multidisciplinary teams and families.
