Olushola Adekunle

Olushola Adekunle currently serves as the Deputy Head of Customer Experience for the Southern Region at Asset & Resource Management Holding Company (ARM HoldCo), a role held since May 2016, where oversight of regional teams and development of tailored strategies to meet business objectives are primary responsibilities. Previous positions include Customer Experience Supervisor in Lagos, Business Development Manager, and Customer Experience Officer, each focusing on enhancing customer service, team performance, and business development. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Transaction Officer and Finacle Trainer at Wema Bank Plc, as well as serving as an Administrative Assistant at The First Baptist Church Lagos. Olushola Adekunle holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology and an HND in Computer Science from Lagos State Polytechnic, complemented by a certification from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
