Erica Pompen

Erica Pompen serves as the Vice President of External Communications at Arm since December 2024. Prior to this role, Erica Pompen held various leadership positions at Micron Technology from September 2018 to December 2024, including Head of Global Communications and Senior Director of Global Corporate Communications. Earlier in 2018, Erica Pompen worked as a Management Consultant at Fidelity Investments. A significant tenure at Text100 from October 2005 to June 2018 included roles such as Senior Vice President, North America Public Relations Practice and Head of Global Product + Services. Additional experience encompasses positions at Applied Communications (later Bite Communications), Crimson & Brown Associates, and John Hancock Life Insurance Company, alongside a B.S. in Mass Communication and Public Relations from Boston University.
