Derek Gannon is a Non Exec Director at Armakuni and has over 20 years experience in the charity sector. Derek has a wealth of experience in social purpose, business strategy, digital transformation, operational planning and delivery. Derek has founded MRDG, a consultancy advising organisations on social purpose, business strategy, digital transformation, operational planning and delivery to fulfil identified growth and scale ambitions. Derek has also Chair at Elbi Digital, an innovative global giving platform that democratises philanthropy, it revolutionises charitable giving by bringing together individuals, corporates, brands and charities to make philanthropy easy, accessible and rewarding. Derek was also the Chief Operating Officer at Comic Relief, one of the leading charities in the UK where they had oversight and responsibility for all areas of the business.

Derek Gannon received their MBA from INSEAD, one of the world’s leading business schools. Derek also holds a degree from the Cranfield School of Management and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
