Laurie Beischel

Laurie McDonnell currently serves as Vice Chair at Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service, Inc. (ARMLS) since January 2022 and is a Co-Founder and Real Estate Broker at Locality Real Estate since September 2020. McDonnell has extensive experience in the real estate industry, including serving on the Board of Directors for ARMLS and the National Association of Realtors, as well as the Arizona Association of Realtors since 2014. Additional roles include Risk Management Committee Chair and Professional Standards Member at AAR, and Chairman of the Rules Committee for ARMLS. Previous positions include Designated Broker at HomeSmart, President/Designated Broker at United Broker's Group, and President of McDonnell Valuation, Inc. McDonnell is also a graduate of the SouthEast Valley Regional Association of Realtors Leadership Program and the City of Tempe Leadership Program.
