John M. Jack

John M. Jack is an experienced venture capital professional, currently serving as a Board Partner at Andreessen Horowitz since October 2012 and as a Principal at Castle Peak Group. John also holds the title of CEO Partner at Harmonic Growth Partners and Venture Partner at Shield Capital, focusing on investments in innovative technology companies. Additionally, John is a member of the Board of Directors for several organizations, including Illumio, Contrast Security, and Aravo Solutions. Previously, John co-founded Coconut Cay Cocktail Company and served on the board of CipherCloud and Respond Software Inc. John holds a BS in Finance from the University of California, Berkeley, and a GED from St. Ignatius College Prep.
