Mark Fernandes is the current director at ArmorCode. Mark has also held positions at Yalo, Drop, RedLock, and Zaloni. Mark was with Ooyala from 2008 to 2014, where they served on the board of directors. In 2014, Ooyala was acquired by Telstra for $420M. From 2002 to 2013, Fernandes was with Sourcefire, where they were a board member and lead investor. In 2007, Sourcefire went public and was acquired by Cisco for $2.7B in 2013.
