Sylvia Castro

Sylvia Castro is a seasoned project manager and consultant with extensive experience in document management, digital transformation, and compliance with GDPR and ECM solutions. Since February 2015, Sylvia has been leading projects at Arondor, overseeing budgets, resources, and training users while developing key project deliverables. Prior roles include consultancy and project management at SERDA, where Sylvia focused on documentation and electronic archiving, and strategic consulting at a Technological Centre, where Sylvia implemented a technological monitoring portal. With a strong foundation in IT support and marketing, paired with degrees from Université Paris Nanterre and Lycée Racine, Sylvia has developed a comprehensive skill set in both technology and business management.
