Lea R.

Lea R. is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within various organizations. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at Arrative Consulting, LLC since May 2024, Lea previously held the position of Sr. Vice President of Finance & Administration at Axim Geospatial from January 2022 to May 2024, and at GISinc from March 2004 to January 2022. Additional roles at GISinc include Vice President of Operations, Financial Operations Manager, Controller, Sr. Accountant, and Accountant. Lea also contributed to Red Mountain Grace as Treasurer on the Board of Directors from February 2018 to December 2021, and worked as an Accountant at US Infrastructure, Inc. in 2003-2004. Lea holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Auburn University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
