Brett Livingood

Brett Livingood is an experienced project manager with a diverse background in legal technology, data management, and consulting. Currently serving as a manager and project manager at Array since August 2022, Brett previously held project management roles at Clark Hill PLC from January 2019 to February 2022, and at Protiviti from March 2014 to December 2018, focusing on litigation, investigatory matters, contract management, M&A, MDM, and information governance. Additionally, Brett was an eDiscovery Associate Professor and ELSSA Lab Manager at Bryan University from October 2012 to June 2014, overseeing program management functions in legal technology education. Brett holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies and History from Arizona State University.
