Ian Merino

Ian Merino has extensive experience in customer service and sales, currently serving as a CSR/Sales at Array since August 2020. Prior to this role, Ian held positions as a Customer Service Representative at The Document Group from August 2016 to August 2020, and as a Customer Service professional at Legal Specialties Plus Inc from June 2014 to August 2016. Ian began a career in customer service as a Customer Service Manager at Copy Source 1 from April 2011 to April 2014. Ian pursued academic studies at Houston Community College in two different periods, from 2011 to 2012 and again from 2019 to 2020.
