Erin Jancic

Erin Jancic has over 18 years of work experience in various roles across a range of industries. Erin began their career in 2002 as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Informance International. In 2004, they moved to PAREXEL and held roles of Senior Project Manager, Team Lead, Software Project Manager, and Quality Assurance Engineer. In 2010, they joined eHarmony as a Senior Project Manager, followed by a role as Senior Project/Product Manager at TrueCar, Inc. in 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Principal Product Management Consultant for On Its Axis. From 2015 to 2018, they were Vice President of Product Management and Director of Product Development at SocialCare. Finally, in 2022, they began their current role as Director of Business Operations at Array.

Erin Jancic obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Northwestern University between 1998 and 2002. In 2020, they obtained two certifications: Influencing People from Coursera in June, and Inspiring and Motivating Individuals from Coursera in May.
