Michelle Lettner

Michelle Lettner serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Array Marketing since September 2023. Prior to this role, Lettner was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Roots from April 2015 to September 2023. Lettner's extensive experience in human resources includes positions at Target, where Lettner held various titles such as Director and Sr. Group Manager from April 2012 to April 2015, and at BMW Group Canada from July 1997 to April 2012, where Lettner was the Director of Human Resources. Lettner holds a Master's degree in Continuing Education with a focus on Adult Learning and Leadership Development from the University of Calgary, as well as a degree in Human Resources from Seneca Polytechnic and a Psychology degree from Carleton University.
